1. Plans and charges
The pricing page lists available plans, monthly prices, included operation limits, and trial terms. Shopify shows the recurring charge, billing interval, currency, trial, and approval terms that apply to the selected plan.
2. Plan changes
Merchants can select an available plan through Shopify. Shopify shows any change in charge, proration, or approval requirement. The new entitlement takes effect according to the confirmation shown during the plan change.
3. Trials
Essential, Growth, and Scale include a 14-day trial. The Shopify approval screen shows the trial start, duration, conversion, and charge terms. Uninstalling during a trial ends access and prevents future renewal, subject to Shopify's billing flow.
4. Cancellation
A merchant can cancel future use by uninstalling Order Elite from Shopify Admin. Access ends according to the active Shopify billing and uninstall flow. Cancellation does not undo orders, invoices, fulfillments, shipping purchases, or other merchant actions already created in Shopify or a connected provider.
5. Refund requests
Unless applicable law or a published plan says otherwise, charges already incurred are non-refundable. A merchant can request review of a duplicate, erroneous, or exceptional charge by emailing apps@firgelliauto.com with the shop domain and Shopify invoice details. Keep payment-card data out of email. Discretionary refunds are assessed case by case.
6. Taxes and third-party charges
Shopify may collect applicable taxes on app charges. Carrier labels, shipping, duties, payment processing, fulfillment, and third-party app fees are separate from the Order Elite subscription unless a published plan expressly says otherwise.
7. Data after cancellation
Uninstall triggers the applicable Shopify app-uninstall and privacy workflows. Data is handled according to the privacy policy, data processing terms, merchant instructions, Shopify requirements, and applicable law.
