Incident updates
Clear information when service is affected.
A service notice identifies the affected component, start time, current impact, response status, latest update, and resolution. Shopify and merchant-connected providers publish their own platform availability information.
Need to report a service problem?
Include the shop, workflow, approximate time, and observed result. Keep passwords and unnecessary customer data out of the message.
