Privacy at a glance. Order Elite uses merchant and customer information to complete the workflows an authorized merchant requests. FIRGELLI Automations does not sell merchant or customer personal information.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy describes how Firgelli Automations Inc., doing business as FIRGELLI Automations, handles personal information through Order Elite by FIRGELLI Automations, its website, and related support services. It is separate from the privacy policy for FIRGELLI's retail storefront.

2. Information the app may process

Depending on merchant configuration and the workflow used, Order Elite may process Shopify shop and authorized staff identifiers; customer names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping and billing addresses; order references, line items, prices, discounts, payment and fulfillment status, shipping selections, tracking context, staff notes, and optional customer-provided business tax identifiers.

The service also processes technical information needed for authentication, security, reliability, and support, including timestamps, shop identifiers, browser or device details, request outcomes, error details, and audit events. We limit logs to information reasonably needed to operate and protect the service.

3. Why information is used

  • authenticate the merchant and provide the app inside Shopify Admin;
  • find customers, orders and products requested by authorized staff;
  • create RMAs, replacements, reships, add-on orders and payment requests;
  • calculate or present eligible shipping choices and preserve staff-entered adjustments;
  • link follow-up actions to the original order and support fulfillment handoff;
  • secure, troubleshoot, support and improve the service;
  • meet legal, privacy and Shopify platform obligations.

4. Sources of information

Information comes from the merchant's Shopify store, authorized staff input, Shopify platform events, merchant-enabled services, and service telemetry. Order Elite does not purchase personal data or combine merchant customer data for advertising.

5. Sharing and subprocessors

We share information only with Shopify, service providers that help us operate Order Elite, merchant-enabled services, professional advisers, or authorities where needed to provide the merchant-requested service, comply with law, or protect rights and security. Current providers and their roles appear on the subprocessors page. Merchant instructions and FIRGELLI's processor obligations are described in the data processing terms.

6. Retention and deletion

  • Active installation: tenant-scoped order links, workflow events, settings, and audit records are kept while the app is installed and needed to provide the merchant-requested service.
  • Uninstall: Shopify access sessions are deleted when the verified uninstall event is processed. Remaining tenant-scoped personal information is deleted or irreversibly redacted when Shopify sends the verified shop-redaction event required by its privacy process.
  • Customer redaction: matching customer-linked app records are deleted or irreversibly redacted when a verified Shopify customer-redaction request is processed.
  • Privacy exports: encrypted customer-data export artifacts expire 30 days after creation.
  • Legal exception: a record that law requires us to preserve is isolated and kept only for the applicable statutory period. Irreversibly anonymized information is no longer personal information and may be retained.

7. Security

We use access controls, tenant separation, encrypted transport, least-privilege permissions, audit records, secret management, and incident-response procedures appropriate to the service. No system can guarantee absolute security. See the security page for more information.

8. International processing

FIRGELLI Automations and its service providers may process information in the United States, Canada, and other countries where the service or a merchant-enabled provider operates. We use contractual and organizational safeguards for international transfers where required by law.

9. Choices and requests

Merchants can ask about access, correction, export, restriction or deletion through the data and privacy request process. Buyer requests should normally begin with the merchant that controls the Shopify store.

10. Children

Order Elite is a business tool for merchant staff and is not directed to children.

11. Cookies and the public website

The public website may use essential session and security technologies. Optional analytics or marketing technologies are disclosed with any consent controls required by law.

12. Changes

Material changes receive a new version and effective date. Where appropriate, merchants are notified through the app or their account contact.
