Current provider list. These providers help FIRGELLI Automations deliver Order Elite, secure the service, process merchant-authorized workflows, and respond to support requests.

Merchant-connected services
A merchant may direct Order Elite or Shopify to exchange information with shipping, fulfillment, payment, helpdesk, ERP, notification, or other services selected by that merchant. Those providers operate under the merchant's agreement and are not automatically FIRGELLI Automations subprocessors.
Changes
We update this page when a provider or processing purpose changes and record material customer-facing changes in the changelog. Merchants may raise a reasonable data-protection concern through the contact below.
