Submit a privacy request. Email apps@firgelliauto.com with “Order Elite data or privacy request” in the subject. Keep passwords, payment card data, authentication codes, API keys, complete tax IDs, and unrelated customer records out of email.

For merchants

An authorized merchant can ask about the app's account data, correct inaccurate support information, request an export where applicable, or ask for deletion subject to contractual, legal, security and Shopify requirements.

Include

  • the Shopify shop domain;
  • your name, role and business contact details;
  • the request type and the records or period involved;
  • enough context to verify authority without including unnecessary customer data.

For buyers and customers

The Shopify merchant is normally the controller of buyer and order information. Start with the store where the order was placed. If FIRGELLI Automations receives a verified request through Shopify's required privacy process, the app will follow the applicable compliance workflow.

Identity and authority checks

We may need to confirm shop ownership, staff authority, or the relationship between a merchant and a buyer request before acting. Verification is limited to what is reasonably needed for the request.

What happens next

We acknowledge the request, verify authority, identify the party that controls the information, and complete the required access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion within the time required by applicable law and Shopify's privacy process. We explain any additional information needed to complete the request.

Shopify privacy requests

Order Elite also handles Shopify's authenticated customer data request, customer redaction, and shop redaction events. Those events let Shopify and merchants submit verified privacy requests directly to the app.
